This is a very valuable lesson for each and every cosmetologist out there. Paradigm Shift in the making? They will begin to see themselves as self sufficient income creators and yes, business persons.

No one person, tool or software product can make this happen all at once. It's going to take getting traction to the programs. So, I would like to challenge all the salon and spa owners to look at their crew and ask themselves "How can I make them better business people?"
